Cheers 20b. We are in for an old-fashioned daily dose of Kath for at least the next two weeks. I was sure you didn't need a heads up today, as you normally cap Gemma on the Morning slot. However Gemma is taking a well-earned break and Kath is now doing Mornings all week (M-F).
Kath has had a well settled work routine for about a year now (including Wednesdays off),which would have helped with her erratic sleep pattern .....she has complained that she doesn't sleep well due to years of inconsistent work. She will certainly get consistency with this new schedule , but might be a bit ragged at the end of each week!
