Answering in good faith here (as in I have no idea if you might be said stalker) - Hex has allegedly had a stalker previously who apparently graced these pages.
I'm guessing the other bloke is smugly trying to suggest you are him. Maybe I'm wrong. I don't speak for him. That's the inference I draw.
