To be honest Mel Mac's a fairly average presenter and on-air talent. She's had a charmed run having a big gig at 7 and on high money for as long as she's had there. Mel to me often looked a little nervy, too serious and choppy with her presentation and hasn't improved massively from the early days at Fox Sports. Nothing lasts forever. But at nearly 47yo Mel still looks fantastic so if it is the end or near it, she will be missed optically. What may happen is she takes a decent paycut from her 500K a year and accepts a reduced role at the network. I mean they didn't bring old Matt White back to make the coffee and Emma Freedman is being groomed as the multi sports, rising star there.
