It's working for me - I cut it with openshot using the same encoding it already had (which was just bog standard via yt-dlp from the ondemand site).
catbox can be S---L---O-O-O-O----W. Maybe let the buffer fill or download the file?
When i run the file thru mpv:
● Video --vid=1 (h264 1280x720 25 fps)
● Audio --aid=1 (aac 2ch 48000 Hz 128 kbps) [default]
