Cheers 20b. Kath is looking amazing at the moment ..... I do like her with a little more weight onboard. On most women this would be detrimental, but not with Kath! Those flaps on her top were very strategically placed yesterday, unlike last Friday (no caps 20b?), when there was no hiding her cleavage. I did wonder why Kath was absent on Tuesday as she never seems to take a sickie ....and appears to have the constitution of an ox! Then I realised that was probably her twins' birthday .... for Kath, who only had the one IVF pregnancy, and regards her twins as a miracle, their birthday would be a very special day. And with her husband away on an Olympics junket, it would have been left to her to organize celebrations. Kath is working harder than any other ABC presenter over the last month .... her inter-personal skills are exemplary, demonstrating her appeal as a complex, multi-faceted woman.

Yes topcat, but spectacularly different with a much shorter haircut! Kath hasn't cut her hair that short for about 5 years ....there will be less scope for her usual hairstyle variations with this shortened format. She could cut it all off and still look lovely, although she did seem to be a little low yesterday ..... not her usual effervescent self. Maybe Kath is not happy with the haircut, which could explain her rather nervous, impish smile (#1) ..... perhaps pondering viewer reaction? As always 20b, you pick the eyes out of a very restricted canvas of images!

In yesterday's Evening News (no caps), Kath revealed ("full disclosure") the extent of her arthritis ...... that she has osteoarthritis of the knees. I have noticed the very few times that she has worn a shortish dress (just on the knee), that her knees are swollen (inflammation). The interview she was conducting with a specialist doctor on the subject, quickly morphed into a free consultation for Kath! Clearly Kath knows that diet, weight loss and exercise are paramount in controlling this condition so as to take the load of the knees ...... easier said than done when she is probably going through menopause which notoriously causes weight gain! Some advice from someone who has had osteoarthritis in their family ..... install an exercise bike at home to facilitate knee movement and build the muscles around the joint. Poor Kath ...... for a woman who had the sexiest legs on TV (referred to as "hot legs Robinson" in this forum), this would be a challenging time, and it certainly has altered her mode of dress. What it hasn't altered is the fact that Kath is still a beautiful, classy woman, highly intelligent with a vibrant personality, who is a brilliant and engaging presenter.
