Nah, she's shown some cleavage since then and her tits have gotten bigger. The reason why she doesn't show any cleavage is because she couldn't be bothered, there is no benefit to doing so, channel 7 doesn't really want anyone showing cleavage as they likely get complaints from religious nuts so her job is safe. But I agree it would be great if Kylie was replaced on TMS, if she went and did her own thing she might have greater incentive to show off her assets.
