Yep Zygon. 47 and just starting, or well into her menopausal years, which could explain her very minor weight gain....although it's all in the right places! I hope Kath navigates this period of her life better than some of her contemporaries. Her classical facial structure will ensure that she will always be beautiful. Kath really is the ultimate thinking man's crumpet....and probably the unthinking man's as well! Unfortunately, Kath is not hosting The Drum tonight....newspaper editorial integrity is low these days! However she signed off on Wednesday with "I'll see you again soon...", so presumably next week.

Thanks 20b.... you're on the ball as usual. Not sure why Kath went missing for the last few weeks of The Drum, as she is usually so highly organised.... but her "see you next time" never eventuated? Kath always looks very classy in that dress, although it covers up everything.... except her figure. Of all the attributes I admire and love in this woman, I would never have considered modesty as one of them. At the end of each half-hour news segment, while observing the monitor, she obviously becomes aware that her breasts in profile look very prominent, and moves her arm to cover the outline. I had to smile.....gorgeous and modest, she just finds different ways to entrance me!

All "The Drum" hosting in the last few weeks of last year appears to have come to nothing for Kath, as the ABC has announced that the FOUR presenters for The Drum are to be Ellen Fanning, Julia Baird, Dan Bourchier and John Barron!! The men have probably been included in response to a few social media cries for more male presenters. In addition, it seems to me that unless you are indigenous, queer or disabled, your chances of being offered a permanent position on ABC TV is zilch! Last year, the ABC said goodbye to three intelligent, attractive women (Georgie Tunny, Louise Ransome and Ellyse Morgan), simply because the couldn't supply them with suitable positions - they all left of their own accord. Is the ABC responding in a knee-jerk fashion to selective social media hype which they perceive as public opinion?

Thanks 20b, and yes I noticed that Kath is also down as the only presenter for The Business this year, but this has only been made public in the last couple of days, along with The Drum presenter team. Whereas, all the other major ABC show changes were known and heavily promoted before Christmas....clearly something happened! I thought it was strange, in what turned out to be Kath's last Drum presentation, that she signed off with "I'll see you soon" and never reappeared. I can't help thinking that Elysse Morgan announcing that she was leaving the ABC, precipitated keeping Kath on as Business presenter and consequently to completely revamping The Drum without her? If so then Kath must have been disappointed.....hopefully not gutted? There are a multitude of viewers that love you Kath, so hang in there and wait for your next opportunity!

Kaths back in black....2023...

A brilliant set of clear images 20b....you never disappoint! Back in black indeed....Kath still in mourning over her omission from The Business team? (joke!!). She always looks fabulous in that black suit, contrasting as it does with her very blonde Summer hair, with it's interesting central part....we've come to expect Kath's infinite variety of hair styles. Although the central part appears to be fighting to get back to it's natural left hand side!! It's been a long Summer without her... I'd almost forgotten about those gorgeous eyes and cheekbones. Really, Kath is more beautiful now than at any time in her life. We may see very little of her figure this year because of The Business format, but her mesmerizing face and engaging personality are more than enough to sustain my affection for her.
