Of course I know what Insta is all about, but I just didn't know she was doing it for that reason, but still doesn't answer my question, if she's in almost every ep of Neighbours how does she find time to do all this? Weekends maybe? but surely if yes then that would be spent learning new scripts for the week after

Actors usually receive their filming schedule a week in advance. If they're not in a particular story line then they might not work all five of those filming days, and they have a weeks notice to plan other things in between their scheduled days. Also, it's possible to take hundreds of photos in a single day and then release them slowly over the course of several days or weeks.
