It looks like a variation of Jane Fonda's Classic 70s shag haircut, refined and made famous in the film Klute. Whoever did it failed to properly frame her face however. Maybe one of her friends is a trainee stylist? Who knows?
If you're a young aspiring actress and someone who stands up for things, or wants to, then a role model like Hanoi Jane is a pretty decent choice. Personally, if Deeble now wants to style herself like Barbarella, I'd be all for it.
As far as the hairdo goes, I don' think it suits her, but I'm less concerned by that than the clear comfort eating going on. No one ever died of a dodgy haircut but diabetes and heart disease are real and the psychology behind that and those disturbing video posts to social media are real causes for concern.
And for heaven's sake stop digging at the kid. Look through your own photos at that age. Not one of us didn't go through a phase where we tried something out and looked like a complete dweeb as a result.
