Daily caps-wise, we get a better profile & facial variation when NB's performing a combination of both newsreading behind the desk and being seated on the wing of the sofa.
Now she will be one dimensional positioned in the middle of the set right next to the unwatchable one all the time. I imagine there will be less of a good thing happening now with volume.

Probably won't get to many good leg shows any more :not that they have been forthcoming much of late anyway

Quite right . The banter at the end of the news makes for the best of those quirky facial expressions . Plus she won't be on the stool during the Newsfeed segment at the end of the show.

I was thinking the same about the newsreel: often was a nice show
Guess cashcow segment our best chance now
And yes Narly there were many quirky facial expressions you used to snap for us will miss them
