An OB from the beach @ St Kilda this morning, pic is from Twitter (@BreakfastNews) and is way better than anything I could cap. A bit disappointed (but not surprised) that KD/KV stayed well away from the water, crew could take a frisbee next time and take the opportunity to indulge in a diplay of some Aussie beach culcha.

 on a serious question...didn't st. Kilda beach have a problem with flesh eating parasites in the water...any vics online can give me an answer please ??

The parasites are a bit like bluebottles on sea beaches = wind & current changes how many around. The important part is your skin being unbroken & clean, v mankey in sandshoes with very tasty bacteria & dead flesh to attract them. Same with open wounds = feeding frenzy.

The flesh eating bug was at Brighton Beach. The bug was the sea fleas. I think there's something wrong with the guy not to feel that his feet were being eaten. The open wound mix with sea water would've sting like hell.
Do a search on " flesh eating bug brighton beach", & you'll get the story, & lots of nice images.
