With good reason, she was dumped from Ch10 for being bland, went to Turkey for some reason, has landed a job back in Australia, the least she can do is be thankful and pay attention\be professional for 30 fucking minutes. If I got caught doing my nails in a meeting, my boss would shove the nail file up my arse, and kick it out my nose.

Yikes. That reaction though!  She keeps getting dumped or sacked from on air gigs. Any suggestions what she can do to keep her on the air?

The ABC has really lost the plot here.
If anything, this was an endearing blooper. A classic case of the human element combined with the unpredictability of live TV.
So it's a very heavy handed and po-faced response by the public broadcaster to take her off air & censure her. There have been and are far worse things being broadcast on the ABC which always get a free pass there.
I think they will reverse their decision once they digest the wave of support Natasha has over this and reflect on how they have over-reacted.
