Classic example of making good decisions from the start.
Her face is all over the (very tacky) website - I don't like cosmetic surgery, but a 17yo using her image for this purpose is wrong at both sides - she shouldn't do it , and he shouldn't ask.

The story as I heard it reported this morning is that the Doctor is being sued by the photographer for illegal use (no permission to use) of the images. Rachael while being the subject of the images is NOT involved in the case, at least at this stage.
