'I've never felt comfortable in swimwear': Home And Away's Pia Miller reveals her surprising body insecurity... but her photos show a VERY different story - daily mail

She's often seen confidently strutting her stuff in scant bikinis on the set of Home And Away or in her down time on the beach.
So it may come as a surprise to learn that soap star Pia Miller, 33, struggles with body image issues.
Speaking to OK! this week, the lithe brunette candidly spoke of her demons, saying: 'I've never really felt comfortable doing a photo shoot wearing swimwear.'
'But since taking the role on Home And Away, and my character is in swimwear, I've really had to go, 'Right I have to embrace this and be cool with it, or I'm going to shy away from it all the time.''
Despite her claims, Pia hasn't held back from flaunting her figure in barely-there swimwear on social media.
The mother-of-three's most recent body-baring snap was shared last week during a trip to the beach with her beau Tyson Mullane.
Proudly showcasing her bare back and pert derriere, Pia is seen posing in a daring, plunge-back swimming costume as she poses on a rocky beach-side crag.
In a photo uploaded a week earlier, Pia looked anything but shy as she posed in a tiny yellow string bikini that showcased her washboard abs, cleavage and bronzed pins.
The Chile-born beauty once credited sleep, healthy eating and regular workouts for her stunning looks.
'My workout philosophy is to combine weights or high-cardio with a low-impact regime like yoga or Pilates for rest and recovery,' she told Women's Health and Fitness.
'For me, it's about balancing the two – eating right and sleeping right. I'm a big sleep advocate.'
Despite often being praised for her natural beauty, Pia previously told News Corp that she believes true beauty extends beyond the physical.
'My mum always reminded me that I was greater than my appearance and my physical beauty,' she said.
'Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes and packages and you have to understand that it's more than just physical appearance.'
