I have a friend (well, a good mate's wife) who takes selfies of herself in the gym and it annoys the sshhiitt out of me, so mememe and narcissistic, pointless and unnecessary.
Go to the gym, great, good on you, but do you do it for yourself or so you can tell others about it?
