Oh c'mon. Give him a go eh? Some of you whinge and complain there's no caps, but when someone tries and it's all they have to do such caps with, it gets deleted?? Fair dinkum, just leaves you shaking your head sometimes.

..and while we're on the topic of rules:

"You can use auscelebs file uploader only for pictures, for which you own copyright."

So if you're so keen on deleting Scott30's post, why isn't 90% or possibly more of the images gone from here for this copyright rule? Most of the content here is NOT put up by the people who own the rights! One rule for one, and one for another it seems!

When image is 5MB in size, and such poor quality that you can't tell her nose from her mouth, I'd say the image is not worth uploading. We always strive to find a balance between quality and quantity and these images push the scales too much to one side.

We are not copyright police and we don't know whether 90% of images are uploaded without appropriate copyright. We can only be sure when a copyright holder contacts us and asks for them to be removed. We can't be seen to encourage breach of copyright so we protect ourselves with statements like that. If you are willing to deal with takedown notices and lawyer letters we receive, I'd be more than happy to put your name down as the contact person for such matters.
