Infront of the paparazzi and a few male co-stars while filming
She was getting on top of a surf board while filming H&A when she was hit by a wave and she fell head first into the water
And the impact of her hitting the water caused her right tit to fall out in full view of everyone
Now she was a little groggy as she used the surfboard to pull herself out of the water
But was oblivious to the fact her right tit was fully exposed and it took her a few seconds to realise her tit was out
But by then the paparazzi got a few shots and her co-stars got a good eye full
Note her male co-stars they didn't tell her she had a tit out
They just watched poor Gormley walking around with a tit exposed it was her female co star
Bonnie Sveen who spotted the oops and told her she had a tit hanging out
And she quickly popped it back in
