Love the boobies on Caitlin but man that don't either look like her lol Not sure what it is but she looks so different Not to thrilled with the make up she's sporting maybe that's what it is

It's mostly her hairstyle. That wave at the top front and the lower mullet like mess.
Agreed that the makeup is not helping either, makes her look pale and drawn.
