I was remembering a Jamie Lee Curtis scene from 'Trading Places' in 1983(?) Here she is as 'Inga from Sweden' needing some help with her 'rook-sack'

I dunno for sure, who can say for certain but itz quite a co-incidence. 'Trading Places' was a very popular movie and landed here in OZ some 10 years before H&A used the same line. Some lines from movies become popular in the local lexicon. This line: 'I'm Inga from Sveee-den. Can you help me with my rook-sack?' was often trotted out by my Girlfriend back in 1990. She got it from that movie and she'd say it whenever she lifted her backpack and that's the reason it struck a chord with me when I heard it on H&A. Just sayin
