That's the interesting thing, Erin used to eat burgers galore, hot chips, pizzas, tacos, nachos with guacamole. Have a look at some pics of her when she was working out of Canberra 5 years ago and she was quite a bit on the porky side. Chubby I would say.
But when she moved to Sydney she felt the big smoke glare and microscope on her so she overcompensated by not eating any rubbish and working out a lot with her personal trainer. She saw how skinny all the other TV girls were and there would have been ''encouragement'' from management to get slimmer. Hence we now have a skinny, sexier Erin.
Seems like all the country girls need to skinny-on-up when they get to Melbourne or Sydney in the TV industry, if you are on air personality. And now she has snared a Brisbane Lion.
