Getting there and she certainly was looking sweet.
I cap using TIFF as it's lossless and the standard for quality images, then keep that as a master but upload in JPG. This varies between cappers, but I've always aimed for a JPG image of around 250-350kB as it offered the best size for quality for my purposes.
The other thing to do is keep to the original aspect ratio and size whether that's HD or SD. The moment you change sizes up or down then you are altering the quality of the image. Having said that I do have a couple of Photoshop plug-ins to resize that do a good job, but only if the original is of a decent quality.
Good work and great to see the experimentation.
