narly I like your capping, especially since you moved to SD, but I have a question on it.
What JPG compression setting do you use?
I aim for a file size of around 250Kb give or take 50Kb, as that seems to give me the best option between HD space and quality. Your caps are around 50Kb ±50Kb and I see a lot of jpeg artifact when I zoom in.
If you have to watch the file size because of HD space then this is perfectly understandable, but if you can up the jpeg quality a bit it would be appreciated by me.

G'day Mo , straight over my head  . Caps are as they come out of either VLC or PowerDVD . I don't do anything else . Vlc give's me the option of saving as PNG or JPG , Power I can save as PNG , JPG , BMP , or TIFF . I capture as JPG . N
