I found the factsheet for the episode that newspaper clipping is from: http://getaway.ninemsn.com.au/fsaustraliaqld/sunshinecoast/87131/noosa-surfdancer. All the way back at the start of 2006! Such a long shot, but you don't have it on tape by any chance do you Hearsz?

I remember watching this episode mate but I'm sure I never had it on tape unfortunately.  Any chance you have anything on this Narly?
