We've had the same problem as last month, sudden spike in traffic and our hosting provider decided to shut us down. Same as last time, I still can't explain why and I suspect it is not due to us but I have to do some more research to make sure.

I use Firefox, and have been for years, but I use Google Chrome sometimes too for some sites.
This site works nicely in both, but tried to use Chrome today to do a post, didn't work out.
As you can see the site is a bit messed up on the upload page, difficult to know what your doing.

Maybe it's a Chrome thing on this page, does any one else use Chrome and see this?

Thanks for the echo. Styling multiple file upload fields for various browsers is a major pain in the ass. I slightly changed the code so that it should now work in FF, Chrome and IE 8 + 9 (slightly distorted in IE 7, but nothing serious and this version quickly getting out of use anyway... ~5% now).

I received a complaint that there should be an annoying voice ad playing on the forum (which it definitely shouldn't). If anyone else has the same problem, please report it here, thnx.

yeah there's embedded video ads that play automatically every time you load a page. really annoying especially when you're not expecting them

I hate this kind of ads myself  , so I've temporarily disabled all ads on the forum until I find out what is happening.

I reset the ads and there should be no more voice/audio playing without consent of the user

Something seems to be wrong with the Time settings, I just did a post at 1.12pm, but it shows up as 11.42am... :?:
