How come these pictures have not been removed due to their adult nature and the implied nudity where is the consistancy

So...
While reading the Herald-Sun today, the incorruptible source of the all truth, I noticed that there was some kind of dispute as to whether Jennifer Hawkins has had plastic surgery, or not. Apparently her agency failed to comment.
Thoughts... ?

with the success of all the non surgical options available now, ultrasonic / vibrato/ laser , any one making money from thier apperance would be crazy to allow the aging process to start or get a foothold, as it were. Especially skintone & wrinkle prevention/ minimisation
