He's entitles to his opinion.  He paid his money to watch that DVD.  If someone doesn't like something, they've got just as much right to say so & why, as someone else who did.
And, yes, Lara has the same right to go into his place of work &, if she believed it to be unsatisfactory, to tell her friend, forum sites or wherever else she chooses to use that right to express her dissatisfaction.
Sure, someone who has chosen a more public life would incur more public criticism but no one forced them into a public life, they chose it for themselves.  But that does not put them above criticism.  It's an occupational hazard that people with more public lives have to accept & deal with.  I'm sure she's had many good things said about her too so, like the rest of us, has to take the yin with the yang.
