Orianthi Rocks The Ellen DeGeneres Show Australian rock guitarist Orianthi will appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show today (Jan. 21) performing her hit single According To You. The red-hot Aussie might be best known as the guitarist hand-picked by Michael Jackson for the This Is It tour, but she firmly stands her ground as a stunning solo artist. Orianthi's new CD Believe is her second overall album, but her first for a major label. The performance is strong and Orianthi looks great on stage and gives the anthemic rock track proper treatment. This girl has it all - great looks, smokin' hot pipes and she can play the guitar better than most pop-rock guitarists out there today. When people watch the Ellen performance, they might be surprised to learn that the blistering solo in the song was performed by Orianthi. There's some great closeups of the solo showing her great finger-work.
