Doesn't really resolve it as one dress is a tight wrapped top showing no cleavage and the other is a low cut with lots of push up and cleavage.

ok.....The first one is from this time last year...(grand final or there abouts)....with a similar type dress
IMHO they're definitely fuller than last year...
Look at how 'squashed' last year's are to even get the same 'height'
