Saw Isla this morning on BBC giving a puff to the new Burke and Hare film in which she has a small part.
Still delightfully unHollywood with no hint of American in her voice. Film is set in 18th century Edinburgh so lots of Empire Line bosoms. Isla plays Burke [Simon Pegg] 's love interest as a good time girl/hooker, with low neckline and heaving bosom and a cheeky way about her.
Film is directed by John Landis who has a feeling for the macabre, so should be one to watch out for.
