Hey most of us are here to see an awesome set of lungs. She admittedly has a gorgeous set.
Pity she cant at least let us have a hint of what they look like before any reductions if she decides to head down that path.

I like Sammy for lots of reasons, but yeah she does have great hooters. But she will never get rid of them she said how much she loved them on Today Tonight, when she was interviewed about the Who shoot

Well, she could always make a mould before she has it done & save it for posterity or sell her old bras on eBay as storage holders or something. I'm sure she does love them but back ache's back ache. Many people (like me) who have permanent back ache probably would've elected to have some surgery to prevent it when they were younger...

You know... If you draw an imaginary line down the middle of her face to her cleavage, and then draw another out to the edge of either boob. You get a measurement that's not much different to the width of her head. HER BOOBS ARE AS BIG AS HER HEAD!!!!!

I'm sure Samantha is delightful in real life, but for what she does for a job, she could have the IQ of mold and it wouldn't matter.
