Yeah Phoebe has dyed her hair blonde. I think she had to have it blonde for the movie shes filming. I agree she looks so much nicer with dark hair. But maybe that's just because we arnt really used to seeing her with light hair.

Im used to seeing people with their natural hair colour but I just prefer darker hair much better, I dont really like blonde hair.
Dark hair just makes a person look so much more prettier. Do you have any pics of her with blonde hair? the only pic I saw was very small.

I cant get enough of Phoebe she is gorgeous! she reminds me of a mix of Megan Fox, Mila Kunis only much more naturally beautiful. Has she finished filming H20??
I cant wait to see the movie she is in but I would love for her to make it big its time she got into something more permanent and either go to hollywood!

Found this on russian fan site.. It says that is Phoebe's photo shoot for Vogue, photographed by Clarie Mash. Is it Phoebe? What do you think?
