thanks for the new pics! yeah I agree Phoebe does not look as good blonde... still pretty, but she looked great with brown hair. I think she may of had to die it blonde for the movie she's doing? as apparantly the character she's playing is suposed to be blonde.

You can still see that Phoebe has a very pretty face but the blonde hair is horrible! and it doesnt show her how beautiful she really is. Anyway its not her natural hair colour anyway, I hope she goes back to being a brunette.
She looks stunningly beautiful and unique with brunette hair.
With blonde hair she just looks like a typical pretty girl, nothing special.
I think Phoebe is very lucky to be naturally beautiful and have dark hair !
