I don't think it was in that context birdsfly70.
It was footage of Kevin Rudd who was telling a story at some conference about his early days when he didn't have the full command of the Chinese language and who was translating for some government honcho, and said in Chinese "get together for mutual orgasm" instead of "mutual benefit". I think Sam then repeated Kev's mutual orgasm line.
The story was also told of I think Bob Hawke, who when talking to some Japanese big wigs said something like "lets sort this out you buggers", which was translated into "let's mutually get together in homosexuality."
I'm paraphrasing but the context is correct.
