I just checked the foxtel 7 day epg guide. Starting June is a new fitness show on Aurora called "Crunch". I have never seen this show before, is this the one with Jodie Low in it?

Just checked my Austar Guide, and it's on 3 times a day... 6.00am - 9.30am - 2.00pmHopefully it will be worth recording and capping... I have booked it on my Mystar box...  I've started a new "Crunch" thread under the TV Show section in readiness for it... viewtopic.php?f=80&t=14366I have no new AOS material to post in this thread, so am ready to go..

It sounds familiar, so could well be. If so, not worth watching - full of hunks for the girls to perve at. J Lo doesn't wear anything but trackies and non-flattering tops. There is an American show of that name, but I doubt Aurora would be showing that.

Here is more of the one and only Emma. If anyone has vids featuring any of her please could you upload. I really only bothered to get pics of her from the previous thread so that is why I might seem bias towards her but then again, she was the hottest of them all.
AOS Dave, thanks for your recent mega vid posts. I thoroughly enjoyed them and hope you can upload some more soon, featuring Emma if you've got them.

The new Aurora show, Crunch, is the J Low one repeated  . Okay, she's in it, but I'll be surprised if anyone, except Skaven of course , sticks with it for long. As I said her attire is boring and the show is all about blokes exercising. I lost interest after about a week first time round. Still, enjoy it if you will.
