:joy: Well it’s that time again and I am thrilled to say another 2kg down the drain. I rode my pushbike to the Golf Course yesterday and walked around it watching my mates play (I had a few hits myself). Then rode all the way back home, I was totally buggered when I got home. I am getting my own set of clubs this week so I can play again Yippee!!!! Something I never thought I would do again because of my illness but all good things come to he who waits, so I am told. I still have been eating all sorts of foods witch is great, not starving myself. Well that’s it for this week, another successful week :mrhappy: :mrhappy:

PS: Starting all over again, 18 days without a :drunk:

Hi all just thought I would tell you all now. My bloody whole body is aching today, I think it is trying to tell me some thing. So I am cutting back a bit on the exercise side for awhile. Mind you I will still be doing a fair bit but not as much as I have been doing. Like golfing, exercise-bike and some walking/push bike riding. So my point being I don’t expect to lose much weight if any for a little while. The last two weeks I think I over did it. That’s it for now. Thankyou all for your encouragement :mrhappy:

Bluey, make sure you do a fair bit of stretching both before and after your exercise. It will help no end. And don't forget the good old Radox bath. :D

A quick update. The old body is feeling a lot better now. It is now 21days since my last alcoholic drink. Feeling great ATM life is just getting better for me so far, I hope it lasts. I have now been going to AA regularly now (35 meetings so far). Rewarded myself and got a Digital Camera, picking it up Monday. Hope you are all well :mrhappy: :mrhappy:

I’m excited I have at last gone under the 100kg mark :dance: have just lost the 1kg this week but that is better than I thought I would do. Had my first game of Golf yesterday (Had 2 pars for the round) and I was totally rooted by the time I got home but it was great fun. I walked to the golf course with my new clubs (30mins) played golf (4hours) then walked home (40mins) boy was I dam rooted. I drank tons of fluids after and during all that. I think I sill have some of it left in my body. When I woke up this morning was feeling tons better. That’s about all for this week folks, thanks for all your support :mrhappy: :mrhappy:
