Here we go again, best week yet 3kg down the drain yes that’s right 3kg. It surprised the hell out of me as well as I have not even started my extra exercises yet (Crunhies, push-ups etc). Plus the fact I have not been on a proper diet, ate a lot of sweet stuff, ice-cream after meals, a few Summer Rolls etc. But on the flip side I have been doing a ton of walking most days and my feet are killing me. Well they are getting better tho as they stars to come good again after a couple of hours. I am very pleased with myself
