 Bluey Report
All weights are in Kilograms

 Date..............Weight..............Loss ..........Gain….....Total loss
 16/05/07.........112.0...............na...............na.............na
 23/05/07.........110.0................2.................0..............2

Well then here is my first weigh in report. Not too happy with only the 2kg loss but I couldn’t expect that much anyway. Done a bit of exercise every day, didn’t cut back to much on the eating side. Well out of fitness levels, feet have been killing me through all of the walking I have done. Went for a pushbike ride yesterday (About 15k) and had to stop and have a rest 3 quarters of the way home. Will be starting on the exercise bike this week, less strenuous on the feet and gradually work up my distances on my pushbike. Hope to have a better result next week. On the up side have kept off the alcohol for 11 days now. That’s about it for now.
 Bluey

Well done Bluey. Don't be disappointed in a 2 kg loss - that's a pretty good result in my book.
Yesterday was my first day at an Executive Club group in a local private gym run by a mate of mine. I went too hard on the dumbells and exercise bike and ended up fainting. Gave me a bit of a fright, but as I have a reasonable fitness level due to footy umpiring and am generally healthy, I'm not too worried. Hope to lose about 10kgs over the next couple of months - mainly want to get rid of a bit of paunch.

Well done mate. It's hard to start up again but you are doing well.
I did the tony ferguson diet thing and stripped heaps of weight i have held off by training hard. Might be an option?
Keep up the good work mate. You know it will be worth it.
