WELL DONE!!! Bluey...

its hard to get motivated to do anything when its so freakin hot!!!

Overall Bluey your doing very well and losing weight .. and i dont know about you but in the hot weather i tend to not be as hungry ?? All Mellys ideas are awesome - She is a fantastic friend - Thinking of you and hope it keeps going well for you ! Big hugs !! Em

For the next 4 weeks I plan to stay at the same weight because of Xmas and New Years. Ms Melly said it was ok to do this and she is the BOSS lol. So my next update will be in 3 to 4 weeks. Thanks all for your encouragement and hope you all have a safe and great Xmas and New Year

Hey Bluey, How'd the weight maintaining go through the Christmas/New Year binge-fest?? :D

Not good looks like I might have to start all over again, not to worry. It has been that F^&King hot over here it’s not funny. I can’t exercise in the heat because well it plays havoc on my nervous system most of the time. It was 40C yesterday and again today So will start again next Wednesday Thanks for the post though you would have forgot about this thread, so please stay tuned for next Wednesday for my woeful effort

Cmon Bluey!! Wheres that determination gone? And why are you getting hot weather, thats not fair!! I think Summer forgot to visit us this year We had a nice warm weekend and now its raining again today!!
