how did you go with the ex-bike? dug it out yet?

What is going on, they also told me Cornflakes is full of shit. Who do you believe? Will have my first bike run Sunday. I would just like to know what to do about the pasta thing. All your comments are greatly appreciated thanks

pasta is good for ya.. its relatively low in fat but its high in energy so unless you burn that energy off your body will store it as fat, but im not a professional so i could be wrong.
im weight training at the moment and trying to bulk up so im eating all the pasta and carbs i can get my hands on..

Even at night? I'm doing weights too but am not sure when to eat pastawhenever ya eat a meal high in carbs you ve gotta give your body enough time to absorb it. so if i have pasta for tea i have an early tea then wait a few hours then head out to the gym.(im lucky ive got a fully equiped gym at home so i can work out whenever i want.)
when ever you have a portion or carbs you have an equal portion of protien.

Cheers thanks mate. I only work out during the day. I love creamy pastas but have been avoiding them. I still treat myself every few weeks or whenever.

 Thanks Melly
God now the pressure is on, I don’t expect to lose anything this week. But now I know I have a lot of support out there, the weight will be coming off. Very much sooner now. Have tidied up the spare room now so out comes the ex – bike. Thanks one and all for your great support, it is very much appreciated
