Dude it is good to see you are still in the fight.

I don't think you should see some small weight fluctuations as setbacks, remember that you were 108 kegs, and now you are significantly lighter.

Consider a boxer doing what he does best.

We all know that boxing matches might be decided early by a lucky punch, or one boxer having stonger will or better skill than the other.

Most well won fights are not like that.

It is all about stepping into the ring knowing that you will do your best, accepting that you will take some hard knocks......But WILL NOT GIVE IN.

Boxers still get respect even if they cop a flogging. It is all about being there at the end, which is always an acheivement over never stepping in the ring.

Keep your dukes up buddy.

Well sort of getting back on track, steadied the ship to break even this week. I must admit didn’t put in a big effort this week so could not expect much. Once I got down to 90kg it seems as if I hit a brick wall. Will have to be a lot more disciplined for the time being. I want to get to at least 85kg by October, well that’s what I have set my goal at for now. That’s all for now, if any one is interested :mrhappy:

It's a great effort so far for your total loss to be a long way in front of projected loss. The current pause in your weight loss might be all in your head. Although you might not think your taking it easy. In the back of your mind you might be thinking im so far ahead I can rest up for a bit. Knowing now that you can achieve at least 1.5 times the loss maybe you should re-adjust your weekly targets and push yourself harder to get the results.

Just a thought from someone who never posts.
