Can’t use the old ex-bike, the place is a mess as I had to move all of Mums stuff into my place. Well if anybody is still out there just give me a bit of motivation please…………..

G'day bluey. Been a while since i checked on your progress - I've just started a new job and haven't had much time.

You don't need any exercise equipment - just go for a walk. But make sure it's at least half an hour. With the brass monkey weather we've been having, at least you'll keep up a reasonable pace.

Don't lose sight of what you have already achieved - by my calculations you've dropped almost 15% of your body mass. Fantastic!!!!

Think about how you used to feel at 108kg and how much better you feel now. A blowout was almost inevitable, so don't let it get you down. Use it as a motivation to keep going.

Go you good thing!!!!!

Well. I have just stumbled apon this thread while casually surfing around.

Took a while to read the bulk of your posts (no pun intended) and am humbled by your valiant efforts to decrease body weight.

I am especially impressed at the descision to cut down on beer, as this is usually a major contributor to long term weight gain.

I read in the more recent posts that your support network is waning, but mate I am here to tell you that a substantial loss of weight like you have recorded is nothing short of admirable.

WILL POWER is the main weapon you have at your disposal, and for a big rig I can only imagine that it seems like standing at the base of Everest looking up.

Mate, this is only a short post to start contributing, but if I can help, I would bloody well like to try.

I cant say that I am obese, or even overweight.....but I can relate to the need for the MINERALS that all of us require to make positive change.

Look forward to hearing back. :D

hay guys..im new to this so hope you dont mind

I just have to say..WELL DONE to both you guys..for starters you took the next step of actually getting out there and doing somthing..its great to see people want to make a change

and secondly..iam amazed at the weight reports yous are giving us..GREAT PROGRESS

My main key advice to you is..The main thing u need to remember is,its all 80% diet (and when i say diet..not this eat no carbs for 10 days then go back to normal..i mean a change of lifetstyle with the way you eat) and 20% Exercise..

If you put your mind to it..anything is possible..I know this, because i have made a transformation myself..

Hope this has given you some light at the end of the tunnel :)
