A loss is a loss, and 1kg per week is recommended as the safe amount, so it's a good loss!

Well done in loosing almost 20kg Bluey, thats really good.
Are you happy to stay at 90kg for now and will loose more later, or 90kg is enough?

Thanks mate. I want to get to about 80 to 85 kg, these last weeks have been the hardest :x :x :x
