thanks :)

anyway, this morning i weighed myself and i am at 114kg, and im not real happy about it, i've put on almost 10kg which is heaps but not to worry, im pretty psyched about this plan to lose weight again, so now when im done checking my mail, i will be going to the gym!

Date..........Weight..........Loss..........Gain..........Total Loss

20/6 114kg n/a 0 n/a

Will keep you all posted on my progress!

(a good thing to do to cleanse your liver and good for dieting is to squeeze half a lemon into 1 glass of water when you wake up in the morning)

Great to hear mate. Just remember, if you like. Put your weight in every Wednesday and good luck :D :D

I on the other hand expect my weight to go up this week, due to well I won't go into it :(

I am hating tomorrow, I think I have put on at least 4kg. Last 4 nights ate Pizza all day :oops: :oops: :oops:

A Bit Disapointing, snuck on the scales earlier in the week and it was flickering down to 96, so thought I was gunna be in for a good one, but a loss is a loss, particulary after not moving last week when I had been pretty good.

Missus gave me my birthday present early last night, a new fancy smancy exercise bike (I literally had an "endo" off the old one Sunday night when one of the drive arms fell off at speed and got caught in the action), so hopefully a bit of exercise is gunna help speed things up for me!
