Played golf yesterday, first time in 5 years. I was alright for the first 15 holes then ran out of energy. By the last hole could hardly lift my club. I was happy with the way I played tho, had 2 pars and a chip in Birdie but couldn’t Putt to save my life. I was totally rooted all night, my golf shirt was dripping wet. Feel a lot better today, just thought I would weigh myself today. I came in at 90kg so lost 2kg yesterday, just hope I can keep it off. And that is my story for now

Good stuff BLuey,
When I lost all my weight the first time, was when I was living in western queensland, 1 days good hard pig chasing was good for a 2 kilo loss, and generally it was permenant, so you should be right!
I suspect we wont hear from you for a day or two, unless you can type with your toes, coz your not going to be able to lift your arms for at least a couple of days!

hey fellas, just wanted to say you are all doing a great job losing all that weight! keep up the good work! last year i weighed 125kg and i am at 198cm, i joined the local gym and ran on the treadmill for half an hour, doing about 5km all up, then exercise bike for half an hour, about 10-15km, and i lost 20kg in about 8 weeks, i was very pleased with my efforts, i had a huge stomach and it all went, i was still a little big, but that is only because i am too tall.. anyway lately i had found myself eating a little too much and have put on about 7 or 8 kgs, and it doesnt look good, all the clothes that i bought after losing the weight do not seem to fit too well no more, and it has really upset me.. i suppose i put on the weight because of stress with work and family and commitments, but ive decided to hit the gym again and start working out from tomorrow, you guys have certainly inspired me to kick it and lose those unwanted kgs.
my aim is to lose about 15kg, at the moment i am back to about 110-115kg which isnt good, my aim is to get just under the 100 mark and i;ll be a happy camper.
i will start a weekly plan like you guys from tomorrow
keep up the good work fellas
