God after all that time and she takes it back up again, what a shame. They cost you an arm and a leg nowadays, wasn’t so bad 15 years ago. You can tell her I am very disappointed in her  as it is hard enough to give up but to start up again after all that time well  Have to go the Doc’s soon to get my blood report will update you later today :mrhappy:

Well got my results back from the Doc today, god was I surprised every thing was normal. Absolutely nothing was over what it should be, no liver damage. I thought it would be 4sure. Got my Cholesterol down to 4.6 from 7.7. There were a few other things that went down as well, too many to put here. I was quite proud of the results :mrhappy: Don’t forget weigh in day tomorrow

Excellent news - just goes to show there is more benifits to losing weight than looking good!

I have not been this weight for at least 15 years, to be proud of myself would be an understatement. I thought it would be a hell of a lot harder than this. I would say about 12kg to go but I still have a big guts. So will see what happens when I get to 80kg.

I reckon I have a bit of a belly* and I doubt I'm even 65kgs. You guys have nothing to worry about if you've got 'em - just don't wear lycra suits while you ride your bikes.

*it goes away if I stand with decent posture though.

YeahI do too. Mine is more beer induced and the fact that my time being sedentary in front of the PC has increased while my gym workouts have decreased. I weigh 75kgs but even when I got down to 68kgs there was still a slight hint of gut. So to get in shape for my holiday I'll be hitting the gym this arvo. :D
