Fancy schmancy scales? Never mind the 0.1s and the 0.2s of a kilo!
One glass of water makes you 0.25kgs heavier (temporarily). Don't ask why I know, but I've weighed 1.5kgs less after a trip to the loo...
As someone mentioned, it's the trendline that matters.

Well done matey, that new layout had me a bit confused (Too early in the morning) but made sense after a few reads. I see you didn’t use your new scales

Picked Pizza, coz I just cooked the kids one for dinner, that was indeed very hard!
I am still munching Sultana bran for breakfast and most dinners (I have a sliced small banana on it for variation), not getting sick of it yet, have cut back on my black tea quite a bit, stomache must be shrinking, only having about three cups a day now. I am eating 1 1/2 sangers through the day, generally with a single slice of meat (ham, corned beef etc etc), no butter.
Occasionally I will have a small amount of lean meat, if cooking any for the kids or doing them a BBQ, otherwise starving!
The missus is on a full atkins diet, which has worked for me in th epast, but being the age and weight I am, Atkins for more than a week or two means the dreaded "Roids" act up coz there is not enough fibre in it for me.
