All weights are in Kilograms

Well what a shock a 4kg loss in the first week Down to 104kg or 16.37stone in the old school. Well it wasn’t really a shock as I said b4 you usually lose a fair bit in the first two weeks. I must admit I have done stuff all exercise, it has mainly because of my new diet. Got to get into some exercising this week. But that would involve moving away from my computer, don’t know if that is possible yet

My mum wanted to loose wight... so went on Lite n easy... I know you said no weight watchers, so maybe that's not for you... but she hired a treadmill and EVERYDAY woul run @ least 5 k's plus at least 2 days a week would get outside and take the dog for a walk...
I guess it's really motivation... if you want to loose th wight... then you have to force yourself to do it... otherwise you may just keep putting it off...
Another thing mum said was in the first few weeks then weight drops off pretty wuickly, after a while it slows done... and that's when you gotta really push yourself to loose the weight...
Anyways good luck...

Thanks matey.Yes I was quite amazed myself, as I said did stuff all exercising. Had to give up all the good food stuff. Don’t expect to see the same result next week tho. As the first week is the easiest

Yeah - I reckon my exercise routine has had about 3k's of walking, back and forth from the fridge, a week removed.......
I was pretty happy with my result, and I was sitting here thinking "Jeez I hope Bluey does alright!!" well I didn't have to worry did I!

I dragged myself away from the comp today and hopped onto the exercise bike. First I had to clean all the cobwebs away. Set myself for a 20minute session, I think I averaged a speed of about 16kph. Lost 876 calories, travelled 5.74kilometers and got nowhere. So I will do 30 minutes from now on and try and better my distances gradually. Got to ride into town tomorrow so there will be some more exercise.

I rode into town tonight. Rode out again too. Got bloody wet. Bloody rain started while I was watching a movie. Of course I live justthe other side of the parklands so no great distance (I think I was on Rundle St. in 10 minutes)
