Anyone use this to download movies etc?? Does anyone have any info or good sites?? I found this on celebworld, might help people out. Even I figured it out?!?! Phuc. I use Winrar though

How To Use The Bit Torrent Program....

Since Bit Torrent is becoming a popular program and it is beginning to get used on this board, here is how Bit Torrent works:

First download the software and install it. You can find it here

Next click on the URL of where the video is located in the thread.

Save it to where ever you want to. Locate the file and open it with WinZip. One file will appear, take that file and click, hold and drag it out of WinZip.

Right click on the file and go to "Open With"

Programs like Windows Media Player, DivX, etc will appear. Click on "btdownloadgui"

Locate where you would like it saved and the file will continue to download. Remember all you have done when you click on the URL on this board or any board is the ability to connect to the file for download. You still need to download the file.

On a side note, Bit Torrent can be used to download full motion movies that are currently in theaters, video games from any console (PC, PS2, X-Box, Gamecube, etc.), and music. Have fun....

get a client like Azureus or ABC (another bittorrent client) to manage ya downloads and visit http://www.suprnova.org for torrent links

Thanks for that mate. When I first heard of Torrent I thought they were talking about Kirsten Dunst in Bring it On Seems to make my PC run a lot slower than Kazaa Heaps of files though

Must be having a blonde moment here big time! I still can't find where. I went to one and it installed - but I can't find it. It just said Successfully Installed.. but where the fuk is it????????
