Lot of tagging and graffiti where they are in Japan. Haven't been for a few years and have stayed in some pretty seedy parts of Shinjuku (as eg.). Normally any shit like that is cleaned up quick smart as most Japanese councils follow the broken windows creed.
Anyone been recently to comment?
