For Firefox users,I found this works for pretty much any website,including places like flickr:
Right click on a blank part of the page,and select View Page Info ( can also be selected from the Tools menu at the top of the browser )
Click on the Media tab
This brings up a page that list all the pics on the page at the top,info about the selected pic below that,and a preview pane below that
Click on the top item in the top pane,then arrow down till you get to the pic you want to save.( Keep an eye on the sizes to make sure you get the full pic and not a thumb or smaller size!)
Its cumbersome,and if you want to get a bunch of pics from a page you will need to bring each pic up in its own page and then do the above to save it,but it does work.

I've found that if you access instra via pikore.com you can just right click and save
